d. sending promotional material related to the services offered by the Controller and / or its subsidiaries; market researches; economic and statistical analyzes; DURATION: Not more than 24 months after consent
e. communication of your data to third parties for commercial and promotional contact purposes of such third parties. DURATION: Not more than 24 months after consent

It is ensured that the processing of personal data will be carried out by means of computer tools by the Controller and persons tasked with processing, at the headquarters of the Controller, with the observance of any precautionary measure guaranteeing its security and confidentiality, respect for fundamental rights and freedoms and of the individual’s dignity. They will also be stored for a period of time not exceeding what is necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed, in particular to comply with any applicable regulations and certainly for the entire duration of activating your account and serving the Service, even if you have withdrawn from the service. At the end of this period, the data will be erased or irrevocably anonymized. You may always request the deletion of any of your data by contacting the Controller, unless the data itself has to be kept for a longer time by law. The provision of your personal data is optional as it is not provided by applicable laws but is essential for points a) – b) mentioned above in art. 1, otherwise it will result in our inability to fulfill the contractual obligations required and to properly manage the contractual relationship.

3. Communication and dissemination of data

  2. coordination, supervision and management bodies of the national and international Internet networks, as well as providers of hosting and computer storage server services;
